This site is brought to you mostly by Nathan Landis Funk, a young guy who decided to mix his enjoyment of writing with his enjoyment of talking about stuff that hopefully actually means something. He grew up in the tiny town of Waldheim, Saskatchewan, Canada, but shares dual citizenship in the United States, which is where he currently finds himself. He is a fairly social individual, and if you’d like to connect it would make him very happy.
This site was formerly called “Funkonventionality”, but he felt that this name was neither fair to those of us who are not gifted spellers, nor to his other last name, and thus has adopted a less intimidating title.
This site isn’t intended to be about me, though. I’m not in this to be famous or because I want your money. I am where I am today because other people took the time to share with me the things that they had learned, and now I want to do the same for you in the hopes that it might help you along the way. The reason for this site is simply that through all I’ve experienced, I’ve realized our responsibility to connect with people, and to freely give what we have received – passing on the things we’ve seen and heard.
